I'm Donna Cameron and I've been a registered nurse in the Erie, Pa area for 37 years in hospitals and home care settings.
I have decades of experience in cardiac care, wound care, case management and palliative care.
As a Patient Care Advocate I am committed to make a difference in the lives of clients and caregivers.

I specialize in providing attentive and compassionate senior/adult supervision in the comfort of their home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your loved ones.
I provide activities that will promote cognitive stimulation, improve socialization & build trust. Discussions will be focused on meeting patients "where they are" emotionally at the time of each visit.

As an advocate I can help guide you to local resources to gain support, information, and increase your understanding confidence in your own abilities.

Auditory:
*Playing their favorite music may trigger memories and decrease anxiety
*Listening to sounds of nature can be relaxing and trigger good memories
Tactile:
*Fidget toys can provide a sense of comfort and engagement
*Soft blankets promote relaxation and comfort
Visual:
*Art activities painting, coloring, crafts can stimulate creativity and accomplishment
*Reviewing old photos & family history promote engagement, interaction, socialization and enhances conversation
Other:
*Board games, matching games & puzzles stimulate cognitive function and offer socialization
*Gardening provides a sense of accomplishment & also stimulates all the senses. This activity brings back memories of a time of less confusion and stress.
